New Years is time to reflect on the past year and make plans for the future.
2021 has been a long and difficult year for many, and I have hope that 2022 will improve.
When making goals for the New Year I recommend making small changes that are sustainable, or if you want to make a bigger change, break it down into smaller steps or components.

One of my most striking early cases was a woman with uncontrolled type 2 diabetes. She was so busy looking after everyone else hat she didn’t eat like she needed to or look after herself at all, even though intellectually she knew she needed to do so. The remedy allowed her to prioritise herself, which meant she could eat well, exercise and take her medication, and her whole health could improve.

My goals for 2022 are a continuation of things I have started in 2021: regular yoga and walking for exercise, and being mindful of my commitments so I have a good family/work/volunteering/me balance. I know from past experience when this becomes over balanced in one direction or another to ring my Homeopath 😊
