Over the last year I have been working on this book. It exists because every day I see people asking these questions on social media, and while information is there if you go looking for it, there was nothing that collated what you need to know in one place.
This book exists to support you to make informed decisions about vaccinations. This includes lifestyle factors, vaccination, homeoprophylaxis. And what you would need to know if you did get the disease – homeopathy, integrative medicine (supplements, herbs) and conventional medicine.
It started as a project about the children’s vaccination schedule, starting with the type of information I’ve shared here but expanded further with more research and references – and then I went further to include adult vaccinations and travel diseases, with and without vaccines. There is also a section with lifestyle measures for natural immunity, vaccination history and theory, homeoprophylaxis and principles of homeopathy, supporting vaccination with integrative medicine, and healing after vaccination.
This is not a book that starts with a particular point of view, instead it is a balanced look at different options, designed to give the reader the information needed to make a truly informed choice.
